Theo's first foray into cookbook writing has been a sell-out. The 200 page cookbook was
a labour of love and is much more than an instructional pizza cookbook. Theo has put
his heart, soul and pizza recipes into the book to equip people to make world class
pizzas in the comfort of their home. The book was first released in Australia as a
hardcover in 2008 and sold out! A paperback edition was released in 2009 and has also
been a huge success.
